Who we are

Cellwise is operated by Talley Digital Studio ("we"). By using Cellwise you agree to these terms.

Who can use Cellwise

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use Cellwise with permission from a parent or guardian. Cellwise is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Free and paid plans

The Free plan is free forever and includes the content described on the pricing page. Cellwise Plus is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Lifetime is a one-time payment for Plus features for as long as Cellwise operates.

You can cancel a subscription anytime from the billing link in the app. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, then return to Free with your progress intact.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change affects a subscription you already have.

Accounts and progress

You can learn without an account; your progress then lives only in your browser. A free account (sign in with an emailed link) saves your progress and purchases so you can use them on any device. Paid plans require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Cellwise: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no sharing of license links, and no scraping of content for redistribution.

Content and accuracy

We work hard to make every lesson and formula accurate, and examples are checked against a spreadsheet engine. Cellwise is an educational tool, not professional financial, accounting or legal advice. Microsoft Excel behaviour can differ between versions.

No warranty and liability

Cellwise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will note it on this page and in the app. Continuing to use Cellwise after a change means you accept the new terms.
