Subscriptions

If Plus is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; we do not refund partial periods.

Lifetime

Lifetime purchases can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Refunded Lifetime access is removed.

How to ask

Email us from the address you paid with and include the date of purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
