Build it step by step
Step 1
Turn each amount into a semester total in E2: weekly amounts times the weeks in H1, monthly amounts times the months in H2, one-off amounts as they are. Fill to E10.
Step 2
Add up the semester income in H4.
Step 3
Add up the semester costs in H5.
Step 4
How much is left over at the end of the semester? Put it in H6.
Step 5
Spread what is left over the semester: how much extra could you spend (or save) each week? Round to cents in H7.
Step 6
Name the biggest cost in H8.
