Pull parts out

=YEAR(B2)

YEAR, MONTH and DAY return pieces of a date as plain numbers.

Month ends and workdays

=EOMONTH(B2,0)

EOMONTH finds the last day of a month. NETWORKDAYS counts weekdays between two dates.

    ABCD
    1OrderOrderedDays to shipDue
    2A-1002026-01-053

    5A-1032026-02-2010
    6A-1042026-03-095

Hint: =EOMONTH(B2,0). The 0 means this month.

    Show answer

=EOMONTH(B2,0) in D2. EOMONTH(date, 1) would give the end of next month.
